I have a feeling there will be a market adjustment coming, but maybe I am wrong. Maybe its wishful thinking since I need a pair of 9s. The tire choices have been limited for a long time, and the few options there used to be have become NLA. I think people will be forced to start dumping the 9s in order to get tires, unless a tire maker finds a way to make the niche profitable.
Now that euromeisters 17s are in production there is a "cheap" option that looks factory-ish. I know its apples to oranges to compare original forged fuchs to cast repros, but for practical purposes it makes little sense to spend 2k+ for a set of 16x7&9s and then struggle to find tires when you can buy a set of good looking fakes in 17x7&9 with your choice of tires for less.
On the other hand they are still Fuchs and aside from tires, they are the most desirable size apart from early wheels or racing. Maybe they will hold their value.
