Thanks guys. I think I understood that, its just nice to hear I guess. Man I love TKD. My favorite bit is sparring. 2 months ago I graduated to full-contact sparring which is awesome to get out some of the weeks fustrations. Last week I kicked a guy in the head for 3 points.

(Not hard, it was practice).
Slider, actually I switched to a super-low fat eating regimen for 3 days and a pound came off right there, amazing! Again, I don't really need to lose weight, but it's nice to see I lost an inch off the jean size.
I think the 2-3# I'd like to have gone are focused around the stomach now. I can feel a 6-pack under there, but it's "insulated" with about 1/2" of, umm... skin.
