Love the bike but at times the white aluminum color on the R12S looks too staid for my tastes. I am not looking for fancy, just a solid color...

I am considering a respray with a non-factory color and was curious of the negative aspects that might be associated with doing this. Will the value/re-sale be substantially affected?

Another consideration would be some simple pinstriping of black and red.
