The 50/65W is plenty bright. It's not so much the wattage that improves things, it's the way those e-codes focus the light ahead of you instead of scattering it to the sides. I did fit 80/100W bulbs on stock wiring and there was no issue on my car. Wiring didn't get hotter or nothing adverse happened, but then again I clean my grounds every six months. My advise, fit the ecodes with 50/65W, clean the grounds and see what you think. You can always buy the harness and relays later to upgrade to 90/100W.
