Fluid leaks onto the TCU control board. You have to fix this leak, then *normally* replace the TCU. It's about $650 iirc for the seal replacement and the TCU replacement. But do as speeder says and get it fixed quick before it grenades itself, I've had to get a Bens wrench to reset the TCU from limp mode after the repair since it requires a special computer.
