Good break down of priorities.
Makes me think what I want to do is remove all the components minus the hoses, put in a box and send to someone. They inspect, clean/flush, items replaced or rebuilt, add items, e.g. over pressure switch/etc. and send back. I install plus new hoses and take to a known good place for filling and check out. Project done.
