I didn't watch the video - life is too short - but synchronized swimming is a very demanding sport. The swimmer has to hold and change positions underwater, inverted, holding their breath for very long periods, propelling themselves without breaking their lines. Try getting yourself vertical and inverted, head and torso underwater, legs holding a specific angle and pose above the water, then propel yourself through an intricate movement with other similarly positioned swimmers, everyone holding their breath for up to three minutes, all appearing perfectly unruffled. I promise that none of us could come close to doing it.
