sorry.without the teflon coating, they will just be useless..even if they are all-clad pans.
toss them. buy your future teflon from a restaurant supply store...even my 12" is just about $25. use them and keep replacing them. i wont buy high end coated pans. keep the lids. lids dont need to fit perfect anyways.
