Good ol' Evil Bay. When is some really smart techie finally going to come along with a better way to do what Ebay does so frigging ineptly. The days when I would even think for a minute of buying a car on Ebay are long past. The place is notorious for crap like this. They exercise no control whatsoever when it comes to idiots, liars, cheats, thieves, and worst of all, used car dealers.
