Another one that cracks me up is the new "gluten free" marketing. I was in a store and saw uncooked beef marked as "gluten free." I mean really - what the heck did you THINK it was made out of?

It's more than marketing. People with Celiac disease literally double over in pain if they ingest something with gluten. Some of the hyper sensitive one's can't tolerate meat that was grain fed (gluten), because the Omega6/Omega3 ratio is off in the beef, which cause inflammation and ultimately could trigger symptoms and great pain. Therefore, they must have grass fed (gluten free)...which is nearly perfect in Omega6/Omega3 balance.
FWIW, grass fed beef tend to be healthier..and usually more expensive.
