I suspect that the tires aren't blowing, just getting pushed off of the bead and losing all their air. That could probably be fixed with more pressure. It would be interesting to see what would happen with different air pressures and firmer shocks.

On the other hand, maybe you should not drive a Jeep like this. Whenever I drove my Ford F250 SD, I took it for granted that I had to be a little more careful than when I drove an M3, or a 911, or....
