Well, it doesn't look good for us to get to the off road race track tomorrow. The SIL has decided to get himself put in hospital tonight with an infection in a finger. He's scheduled for surgery tomorrow to flush it out. Babysitting duties will continue (big upside). SIL should be okay once the IV antibiotics do their thing.
We had decided earlier in the week to go down to the track tonight and camp. Was planning to get on the turps with a few mates - oh well, 5hit happens.
Last time I was down at the track I was a competitor - 5hit loads of fun but my kidneys (actually all my internals) ached for a week after the race. We did 460+km in the 12 hrs and came in 4th.
