As stated by 'Nostril Cheese' (& others), it's a std 400mm Factory 'hard plastic' wheel.
It would have originally been fitted to a '69-'72 911 or '69 912 - earlier cars came with a 420mm wheel (& in '73 it was superceded by the 400mm 'foam' wheel) but will fit any '65-'73 911 or 912.
Incidentally, you will find a date code opposite the part number (under the hornpad).
