My marriage started out great but time and other stuff wore it down.
After 17 years it finaly went South in a real hurry.

What I learnt was "Your wife's lament is non of your business".

What that means is when she's talking... Listen to her and don't try and solve her problems for her. She wants to do that herself. Make her a cup of tea or whatever she drinks and then just sit and shut up.
