I bought my first set +20 years ago at a golf club - incl. bag and a set of used clubs $50. No point in spending the big $$$ until u decide u are serious about it! I prefer Harvey Penig(spelling?) Little Red Book for golf tips. Golf can be addictive. Once u decide u like it , then it is worth moving up to better clubs. Enjoy. If you get frustated in your early golf experiences, see a PGA, read golf instruction books.
