I just hope u don't have regrets. An older P car is a lot more work than a newer one. Agreed. Condo living - big change ie. space, politics, no yard. You are going thru a lot of changes. My wife and I agreed that we can handle our house/yard for another 5-10 years but we review it yearly. The P car? Somebody will have to pry my fingers off the steering wheel
