A lady friend gave me a William Henry knife ( William Henry Studio - Superlative Function Deserves to be Elevated to Superlative Art) and there were a couple of things that needed attention so I called them. "Send it back, we will take care of it!"
It returned a couple of weeks later and was better than new, and for a WH knife thats saying a lot.
Most good companies are like this. The ones that are not, I do not support...
