I had mine checked at age 43 and I was at a 170. Normal levels should be between 300-1100. I was experiencing many of the things you are going through and especially the relationship crap.
Well, I can tell you things are much, much better now that my levels are balanced (565) now.
I now have the energy and willingness to do things again, a passion to get off my butt and get things done like my car and working out again to get healthy. I even noticed a better mind clarity than I have had in years.
It is so worth checking out, your normal DR can check for you but if you are close to say 300 they will say you are “ok”. My suggestion is to see a specialist who concentrates on this as their main practice.
It was so worth it!!!
