Holy cow! That was some video. My guess off the cuff guess is that it was overweight. Look how long it took to get off the ground.

Empty weight (lbs): 1320
Fuel 6 lbs a gallon (hopefully not all 50 gallons were in there), 4 adults, hot day, 60 year old plane....
