I took care of my part last week. I just filled a section of the form out incorrectly. I did not know I needed to change the answer. The feds are pretty good about scrutinizing your past and you really don't want to cross them.
After it was explained, I understood what I did wrong and faxed a signed request to change the answers. It sounds like the person who reviewed my records may have been having a bad day. The lady I spoke with was very nice.
