The speeding laws in BC are absolutely bullshet.
All of the highways could easily safely accept speeds at least 20% higher than the posted limits.
The only reason to keep them low is for the a-hole power tripping cops to issue out tickets. This is NOT about safety.
Fcken bullshet.
BTW - I stopped going to the BBC this year because I feared something like this was going to happen. And the bullshet idiot media calling it a road race in another article. Too lazy to actually do some real research. Why don't they mention that it was at 6am in the morning.
Now having to watch my speed means never getting out of second gear and cruising at 6,000 rpm to let the engine roar.
