Sorry midnite blue, I hope you are not saying it is alright for someone to kill a policeman over a vehicle being seized! Laws are put in place for a reason. I was not there, but if they were driving over the specific amount for the vehicle to be seized they were taking their chances. And from what I know about BC law, it is speeding in EXCESS of 40 OVER posted limit before the vehicle can be seized.
