Wow I can't believe it has almost been 2 months since I bought the bike ! I have been busy with projects and went on vacation but this past week I took a motorcycle safety training course and passed . I guess 30 years away didn't hurt too bad. Did the DMV thing for license and then tag agency and I'm happy to report I'm all legal now. Went for my first ride today and it was wonderful. The beemer pulls strong and has good torque. Stopped at a gas station and pre-payed $6.00 for premium and it only took $5.35 but I was just topping off. My only complaint is when slowing for a stop it does not want to settle into an idle so I have to have that looked at. Overall I am very happy with the purchase. Oh this is the first bike I've ever ridden with a fairing and I must say I like it. A little wind on the shoulders and on the knees to the shins but the rest of the body is out of the wind. Now just have to start racking up some miles.
