Which S2?

What dilemma!
Two 1989 944S2s, important work done (belts, pumps etc), similar price. In Australia, so pricing not comparable to rest of world ( we only got 160 odd 944S2s in total).
1. 370000km, owned by a mechanic who Tarmac rallies another S2 and a dirt rally 8v. His daily driver, shows its age reasonably well, a little work required. 968CS front brakes, M030 suspension included. Red on colour. Design 90 rims plus a set of Cup replicas. ABS
2. 250000km, car prepped and used for club work, LSD, adjustable Konis, Boxter rims (2 sets), half cage, race seats, Azurite blue (yum), standard seats, non ABS, a few more minor niggles, but nothing show stopping.
I drove the first car, felt very nice, just a little worn cosmetically. Friend drove second car as it is interstate.
Which way to jump?!?
