My MA Shaw pices were marked with dimples at the factory mounting points. All that was required was to determine the type of fitting and drill the size hole I wanted to use. Truely bolt on w/o mods to the body. The pieces fit the body curves perfectly.
I also have the MA Shaw fiberglass hood. It took a total of 10 mintes to install and fit like the OEM metal hood.
None of my MA Shaw pieces required ANY adiditonal work prior to paint. My car is black and the pieces lok like painted metal, not painted fiberglass.
Another thing to note on the MA Shaw pieces is the edge work. The edges are curved to provide added strength.
