I hope more posters chime in on this.
I have had this theory for a few years. Doc just said I was getting older and that some of the symptoms I was seeing were normal.
Tired
Fatigued
Bloated
Muscle soreness
Joint and Ligament Loose / Tight
Loss of stamina
