Seriously, though, maybe even something like this
adjustable handle chain wrench would do the job. Or something like this
chain wrench with a long breaker bar. A traditional strap wrench, though, might be better in that the adjustments aren't limited to the size of the chain links.
All you need to do is break it loose, and when trying to do that leverage (and liberal use of Marvel Mystery Oil) is your friend!
