According to the Reuters news agency, Lance Armstrong is not giving up. He says the CEO of the USADA, Travis Tygart, has a personal grudge against him and is repeatedly denying him a fair hearing, and that the USADA is threatening other cyclists and forcing them to cooperate with the USADA strategy. He also says the USADA does not have legal authority to strip him of his titles. He is currently appealing to two international cycling agencies to have the USADA officially cited and removed from any sanctioning authority.

I think he has finally decided to take the gloves off and go after his opponent.
