Pennies are now mostly zinc with a very thin copper coating - good luck getting the floor sealer/epoxy/grout off without also stripping off the copper coating. Maybe with liquid nitrogen and very gentle media blasting. Would be rather expensive if the Treasury Dept. made one do this.
