I have read through all the related posts and haven't found a definitive answer to this question, hence another cam sprocket thread: Will the sprocket locating pin/cam slot be at slightly before 12 on the lhs at OT with the arrows just before 3 and 9? I started with the rhs at OT and had sprocket locating pin/cam slot at exactly 6 with the arrows at exactly 3 and 9. Rotated 360 to OT and did left side but ended up with pin/slot at either slightly before 12 or a bit more than slightly after 12 depending on cam chain tooth choice. I include 2 pics that show cam pin/slot position at just before 12 and the 3 arrow just above the head timing landmark. If I rotated the sprocket one tooth clockwise, it falls much farther below it. I welcome any input on this. Thanks in advance.
