I had no idea my mother was so far ahead of her time. She was saying "my gosh" 60 years ago. If any of us said "God" in any but a prayerful way we would have gotten our mouths washed out with soap.

Yes to the hat. I hate seeing hats indoors. Too many phones, keys and glasses cases in my pockets these days to carry a knife. I'm progressive enough to call the "ladies" women.
