Here's some of the notes i have gathered for my build. Tons of outlets at 36" from the floor, lamps on walls (to appreciate the great job you did on my truck!), nothing mounted on the floor so you can hose it off, wall mounted fan(s). I have a portable a/c and without the fans its hard to feel it.

Lights, power and air lines on reels. Small closet or enclosure to quiet down the compressor. Cabinets are cool but i might go with open shelving due to flexibility. For budget reasons, i might consider plastic cabinets for lightweight items and metal for the rest.

I will not paint my floors. Planning on sealing it only. Have seen too many epoxy floors peel off.
