My most valuable jobs have been my worst.
Every one is a learning experience.
I find sometimes there is more value in learning what not to do then there is in learning what to do.
Put another way, experience is the sum of mistakes.
Now ask yourself, will you be working at this place till you retire?
I doubt it.
For the next 20 years?
Unlikely.
10, 5, 2 more years?
You will leave eventually.
Don't get wrapped up in the now.
Learn the lessons that this job is teaching you them take them to the next stop in your career path.
Don't be bitter, don't be angry, be realistic.
Odds are very high that you will not affect the change that you are looking for.
Instead of changing your work focus on changing where you work.
