I am used to breaking down barriers and have been quite successful in bringing together successful cross functional teams.
In my new role I am working under a gentleman who thinks he is the perfect embodiment of a "leader". His shtick is leadership this, leadership that, but when it come time to support me during a crossroads he falls flat. I have accomplished NOTHING over the past 6 months and I am boiling over. I can not continue to collect a paycheck knowing this fact.
I have a meeting scheduled with my "leader" tomorrow to devise an action plan. I also have a monthly session with the President who I will also voice my concerns.
I need to feel I am adding value to the organization.

Your post makes no sense to me.
"I am a results orientated person who finds great pleasure in accomplishing the impossible."
I guess you didn't.
