Unfortunately very few ARs are made to the mil-spec.
Of those mentioned, Noveski and maybe LMT meets it in most areas. RRA, Bushmaster, DPMS do not and are hobby guns
Bravo Company Manuf. meets the spec as do some Colts
It may not matter to some
