I had to hire a plumber to replace the lead drains. New sub floor, new tub-shower, new toilet, new walls. I will never do that again.

I just did this about seven years ago due to a water leak, and guess what, same frigging thing happened. The big problem with my house is the subfloor is 1.5 inches thick. If there is a leak that doesn't show on top, by the time the damage is seen it is extensive. I hate tongue and groove flooring, which is what my subfloor is. This time...........plywood.
