Why? Because I would look ridiculous?? Ba ha ha ha!!! And it was funny, before every set of "bouncy" exercises, he would stretch out so I was like,"oh, here it is. Now he is gonna quit this bouncy stuff and actually do something." Nope.
Your description of that fella made it sound like he was a YouTube natural. I'm not sure you could pull off emulating his, uhhh, exercises with the same visual effect.
