That is, there was nothing unsafe about your turn (huge visibility.) Yet, there's the machine to catch a 'rule' (morphed from safety) which was broken. They will sell the idea as being for public safety. Obviously it's just the system looking for Mo Money.
I don't see you needing safety instruction (self preservation instinct are high in a little 911) You need a bureaucracy fleecing class.
