Here's what mine looked like:
142k on it. Needed all new bearings. Crank was scratched and ended up needing to be replaced. Some PO apparently decided never to change the oil. I ended up having to have the cams and rocker arms redone as a result too.
At 205k it's well worth splitting the case and doing a bottom end overhaul. You might find it in better condition, but I wouldn't be expecting it.
