My problem started when I blew the 25A fuse on the regulator plate when I turned the key, no sound from the fuel pump. I pulled the wires from the fuel pump and found that they both were grounded. I disconnected the white wire from the AAR and found it was grounded too. The red wire from the AAR measured at 13.3 ohms, so I don't believe it has failed. I pulled the plug from the regulator plate and found that the white wire was still grounded, and the thick yellow wire was grounded too. Anyone have any ideas? I need help. Thanks.
