Rolling up to, and rolling thru a right hand turn on red is NOT the same as having complete disregard for the red, and blasting thru. Yet it is fined as the same. Why is that? ...And automated? If that intersection is SOOOO sensitive with wrecks happening often, then shouldn't there be a first responder there babysitting the intersection?
This 'gottcha' game is just obtuse.
