When I screw up I offer to make it right.
I expect the same from others.
If they ignore it and make the decision
for me that it's not worth offering to make right then
that is a problem.
I get to decline the repair, not them.
That's what we are talking about here.
It's not about the door ding, it's about proper manners and respect.
