Pretty hard to diagnose from pics. Obviously needs some work.
Some prior testing would have been useful - leakdown/compression etc. Running symptoms.
Probably pay to pull the pistons and measure rings/bore etc. Get heads inspected to see if need machining the faces. Check valve guide wear while you are in there, and valve stems/faces. As for the crank end?? Is it cracked?
