Straight Talk (which I'm using on my iP4) is unlimited data AND no contract - the only caveat is you have to jailbreak your phone to use MMS (multimedia messaging services) which is not that hard and is something I'd recommend anyone do anyway - there's no downside.
Supposedly if you abuse the data with ST, they'll shut you off, but it is definitely promoted as "unlimited". Even using it a lot I'm barely touching 1.5 gig a month so I doubt it's an issue, but if I were tethering my laptop to it (i.e. personal hotspot) and transferring a lot of not-compressed-for-smartphone type graphics/video, it'd probably chew up a lot more transfer bytes more quickly and I might get on their radar. For now it seems to work great and I have no real reason to do so. ATT/Verizon/TMobile/Sprint can all kiss my arse. They all suck and are charging what IMHO are criminal rates for data transfer - the infrastructure costs them the same whether it sits there idle transferring nothing or whether it's flooded - and it's all been long since paid for.
