im upstairs right now so i dont have mine handy. i got mine from an OZ contract to OZ police force. sat on shelf never used and then brought back into the u.s.
i got mine new unfired(verified by nelson ford the gunsmith.com) for like $300 bucks. i called smith with serial number and it was an early 1990's contract with lock on left side.
its a stainless 4" with pretty wood grips that i ditched for some hogue combat grips.
hell of a shooter, does everything i want. most excellent with my marlin 1894 CS .357 lever action.
i had nelson ford the gunsmith.com chamfer cylinders for my speedloaders, do a trigger job, new springs blah blah samo drill i do for ALL of my smiths. and they shoot damn good and ALWAYS GO BANG!
