i would do exactly that if i knew for sure it would pass emissions. at idle, HC is about 60, passing is 120, CO is about the same. at speed, emissions are fkn STELLAR.
let me tell you, my butt dyno says there is a HUGE power loss. significant. annoying.
i'll get a high performance/flow cat on the race exhaust before next spring and all will be well.
