Food for thought:

- People who are untruthful tend to have a more difficult time keeping track of the various stories they have had to fabricate in order to cover up the real story.

- People who lie outright will avoid direct denial. Example: when confronted with a lie, they would never say, "I did not say that!" Rather, they would say, "I would never say such a thing!"

- Some people are just airheads, and don't realize it if they offend someone, and at the same time are forgetful about things they say.
