Yes I think that this nails it completely. Good observation of the human species. If they can't look u in the eye when they are saying something offensive, then they are lacking. But then I think that my mancard may be in question because I did not react. I keep the peace that way but in the meantime I am seething. Conversely maybe I am getting hard of hearing. Perhaps a could u say that again would be in order.
