In many movies and TV shows a couple meet on the airplane and have an adventure and live happily ever after. I don't fly that often but I have been on many flights. I was always hoping to sit next to some intelligent lady. I almost always had some dude or if it was a female she did not speak English. I always get the dudes who want to talk the whole flight. Flying is the only time I get quiet time so I sometimes pretend to sleep.
The last flight I was on, I was flying Southwest and a Southwest employee asked me if he could take me out to dinner. Weird. He wasn't part of the flight crew. He gave me his card... Never called him. Nice enough guy. Guess if I was gonna date somebody I met on a plane, it should be an airline employee. Free flights would come in handy in a long distance relationship.
