The link just showed several pages of sites listing the Spyder Edition starting at $160,700, which is the same starting MSRP as a "regular" 911 Turbo S.
The dealer only delivers the 911 as part of the 918 purchase. This is a "gratis" item really.

I thought you did this for a living?
